We are a boutique commercial litigation law firm located in the Central Business District of Cape Town, Western Cape.
The firm is led by Brett Aarninkhof who set up practice in September 2011. Brett is an admitted attorney and member of the Cape Law Society.
We will provide a range of legal services to both private individuals and corporate entities in and around Cape Town, with specialisation in commercial and general litigation, family law, immigration and labour related matters. The firm further provides a service in respect of conveyancing and property related matters in association with other attorneys.

This prime location allows us to service the needs of its clients efficiently and effectively and to have easy access to the High Court, Magistrates Court, Deeds Office, CCMA, Labour Court, Master of the High Court and the offices of various government departments.
